When you have your chair or sofa reupholstered, you get a unique piece of furniture that lasts for years. I do traditional upholstery as well as a wide range of custom projects, from boat mattresses to public space interiors.
Upholstering traditional and industrial furniture
Upholstering older, traditional furniture often involves repairing frames, tying new spring bases, and shaping seagrass foundations. I also weave paper cord and rattan furniture.
Reupholstering modern industrial furniture, renewing padding, and sewing cushions.
Boat interiors and other custom work
Custom upholstery for boat mattresses and cushions, as well as canopy repairs.
Custom-made curtains (pleated, blackout, or straight, for example) and curtain rod orders.
Interior upholstery projects such as headboards, acoustic panels, curtains, loose covers, or whatever else we can come up with.
Public spaces and for companies
I also serve businesses and provide upholstery for public spaces such as restaurants, cafés, libraries, and schools.
Materials to order
Through the workshop, you can order high-quality fabrics, upholstery materials, and tools.
If needed, I’m also happy to advise and guide you if you’d like to upholster your own furniture.
How to proceed?
Tell me more about the piece you’d like upholstered, and feel free to include photos. I’ll provide an initial estimate of the workload and material costs. Before starting the actual upholstery work, I always draw up a written agreement for every project.
I also offer assessments as home visits. I charge a one-time fee of 65 € (incl. 25.5% VAT) for assessment visits. This amount is credited towards the final price of the work order if you decide to go ahead with the project.
